The Cycle of Light

For the Glow Light Festival in Eindhoven, I worked as a designer in a multidisciplinary team to create the installation The Cycle of Light, which explored how light exposure affects the circadian rhythms of different workers. We compared the daily experiences of a night worker, day worker, and office worker, bringing the concepts from a PhD research into a tangible, immersive experience. Through a combination of light, sound, and video, the installation demonstrated how light influences our body clocks, showing how our environments impact our sleep and wakefulness cycles.
